The exhibition has been organized in honour of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Czech Republic and the People’s Republic of China
and is part of the cultural programme of the Czech Presidency of the European Union
The celebratory launch of the bilingual Chinese-Czech book The Songs of Ancient China, published to commemorate Zdeněk Sklenář’s 99th birthday, will be held at the exhibition opening
The Nostic Quartet will play music written by the Czech composers
Bedřich Smetana and Antonín Dvořák
