"Every time when, in the beginning, I stand on a white primed canvas, I perceive that surface as if it were a blank sheet of white paper. This may be because the unframed canvases are at first stretched out on the ground. Aesthetic, conceptual and artistic craft processes begin on these white surfaces and the end result might be a refreshing visual experience: A PAINTING."
