Wu Yi – Prague Summer
This diary documenting Chinese artist Wu Yi’s summer stay in Prague is accompanied by reproductions of the fifty-five works he completed in the Czech Republic. This gives us the opportunity to see Prague as well as the Czech Republic and its inhabitants through the artist's view of the world. Following France, Germany, and Japan, the Czech Republic is the fourth country to be captured in this unique way.
The publication is also intended to be the catalogue for the eponymous exhibition organised at Galerie Zdeněk Sklenář in collaboration with PPF Art, which was held from 28 November 2013 to 5 January 2014 at the Václav Špála Gallery in Prague.
