Wang Yi: A Bold Heart Writes with a Poetic Brush / Karel Malich

This dual-language Czech and Chinese edition of love poems written by Chinese artist Wang Yi bring to mind those values that are nowadays often forgotten. The sinologist Oldřich Král took on the task of translating from the book of poetry entitled Guangdong (2011), and Karel Malich made the deeply visual accompanying illustrations.

The book was published to accompany the eponymous exhibition held from 27 January to 2 March 2013 at Galerie Zdeněk Sklenář in Prague.
