Zdeněk Sýkora at 97: Prints 1993–2011, a Galerie Zdeněk Sklenář Special Edition

The catalogue was published to accompany the eponymous exhibition held at Galerie Zdeněk Sklenář from 31 May to 2 September 2017 to commemorate the 97th anniversary of Zdeněk Sýkora’s birth. It contains all the prints that the artist created for the Special Edition of prints published by Galerie Zdeněk Sklenář. The interviews Petr Wolf conducted with Lenka Sýkorová and Zdeněk Sklenář cover the collaboration between the Sýkoras and the gallery between 1992 and 2011. Original photographs by Jaroslav Brabec and Martin Polák document the Sýkora exhibitions that were held at the gallery on Smetanovo nábřeží, and the inimitable atmosphere of the gala openings and get-togethers that took place in this no longer existing exhibition space.
